Modification to alerts for indicator

I need a modification done to this indicator

- Allow only "x" alerts (user input) per candle (user input)

eg.

Alert per candle = 3

Alert candle = M30

So the indicator will allow only 3 alerts on a M30 candle

I need this done ASAP
