I need a new EA

I need an EA that will open and close trades, based on an indicator. The EA will also manages those trades by moving Stop Loss on specifics levels.

The way it works:

When my indicator (attached) shows a change of trend, the EA will open a first trade. When that trade is open, the EA will install an initial stop loss. When the market moves in a profitable way, the EA will move the stop loss at specifics levels. If the stop loss was not triggered and the indicator shows a change of trend, the EA will close the first trade and open a new one in the new direction. If a stop loss was triggered, then the EA will wait to open a new trade until the indicator shows a new change of trend. I attached a picture that gives an idea when to open and close positions.

The inputs shall be:

1. Lot_size: This is the size of the lots the EA will open
2. Fisher_periode: Indicator variable 
3. Fisher_bar_count: Indicator variable
4. Initial_stop : This is the initial stop loss, in pips. The number represents the number of pips from entry.
5. First_Stop_Target: This is the amount in pips the trade moves before the stop loss is moved to the ''First_Stop'' level.
6. First_Stop: This will move the stop loss when a target, in pips, is reached. The number represents the number of pips from entry and can be postive or negative.
7. Second_Stop_Target: This is the amount in pips the trade moves before the stop loss is moved to the ''Second_Stop'' level.
8. Second_Stop: This will move the stop loss when a target, in pips, is reached. The number represents the number of pips from entry and can be postive or negative.
9. Third_Stop_Target: This is the amount in pips the trade moves before the stop loss is moved to the ''Third_Stop'' level.
10. Third_Stop: This will move the stop loss when a target, in pips, is reached. The number represents the number of pips from entry and can be postive or negative.
11. Fourth_Stop_Target: This is the amount in pips the trade moves before the stop loss is moved to the ''Fourth_Stop'' level.
12. Fourth_Stop: This will move the stop loss when a target, in pips, is reached. The number represents the number of pips from entry and can be postive or negative.
