MT4 Publishing API

Looking for an experienced coder to develop an API to publish MT4 account's stats on a webiste... the result should be similar to myfxbook.com or fxstat.com websites.

It should be integrated into a JOOMLA website, however more in-depth details will be given to interested bidders.
