Vertical lines based on csv file

I need a script which will read csv file and put vertical lines on a chart (the same as from MT4 toolbar) in two different colours (colours to be selected  in script menu).

Csv file format will be:

date,time,colour1(0) or colour2(1)

Example:

20160120,25,0     // means 20 January 2016, 00:25, colour1

20160120,100,0    // means 20 January 2016, 01:00, colour1

20160115,1605,1   // means  15 January 2016, 16:05, colour2
