Simple MySQL insert function

Hello, i need a simple function that can insert values into a MySQL database.

The function will consist of :

• have the login/handshake  with an existing DB.
  

•  store 8 values into the database each time i launch the function, with the same timestamps for the 8 values
  

The database will look like this : (each timestamp represent a different insertion)
