How to close all aopen and pending positions of traders on Metatrader 5 Server on certain conditions.

can anybody help me?

We need to close all positions of traders on Metatrader 5 Server on certain conditions.

The conditions are based on the money/capital left on the user's account.

It must Always be active on the main server and managed also by the administrator in order to permit the changing of the conditions (if possible).
