Real-time MT4 information into MS Excel

I need an indicator, which can be attached to any currency chart, that reports the following information in real-time to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet:

• Symbol Name
• Current Price (5 decimal digit quotation)
• Volume for the previous bar in the current periodicity
• Current Periodicity (M1, M5, H1, H4, etc.)

Deliverables include:

• Indicator for MetaTrader 4
• Excel spreadsheet (.xlsm format, but compatible with Excel 2007)

Final deliverables must include access to the source code.
