Create a rule based backtester outside MT5 using python and mt5

Need a python developer to  make a backtester using  my own parameters . The data source is mt5. The backtester will fetch data from mt5 and prepare test report in a windows environment. if you are willing to provide premium service within my budget , you are requested to apply.
