TradingView PineScipt to Send Singal Alerts

I need to Code a tradingview system where I need to place trigger , disable , Order Alerts in my trading view , if the trigger alert his and price breaks the order alert it enters market order with my specified lot size  and place the stop loss at my disabled price line , if the trigger alert hit but before hitting order alert if it hits disable alert , order placement is cancelled for that level . like wise i shud be able place multiple levels all with these 3 alert bracket system , 

Based on these alerts , i need the orders placed in my  MT5 , and topstepx(project x) , and Ninja Trader  Paltforms , if can advise how to set up that through API would be good .
