Modification of a GUI market scanner

I am seeking a coder to assist with modifying an MT4 indicator (referred to as Indicator 1) by incorporating alert functionality. After implementing alerts, I want Indicator 1 to serve as a signal source for a market watchlist scanner (referred to as Indicator 2).

I already have the source code for Indicator 2, which currently uses another indicator (referred to as Indicator 3) as its signal source. The task involves replacing Indicator 3 with Indicator 1 in the functionality of Indicator 2.

Indicator 2 is a GUI-enabled tool that scans the market watchlist and displays a list of assets based on signals from Indicator 3. To adapt it, the input panel of Indicator 2 will need modifications to accept the input parameters of Indicator 1.

The scanner/ indicator 2 must monitor the market watchlist using alerts generated by Indicator 1 and display the results in a dashboard format. This dashboard should be seamlessly integrated into the chart, enabling me to click on symbols to navigate to their respective charts. For lists containing multiple symbols, the dashboard should automatically adjust font size and spacing to maintain a consistent overall size. The GUI should be easily movable on the chart, ensuring it does not obstruct the view of the main chart.

The final version of Indicator 2 should retain its existing features while using signals from Indicator 1 to scan the market watchlist and display asset information on the screen.

I will provide the source codes for Indicator 1 and Indicator 2, along with the compiled. ex4 file for Indicator 3, to the selected coder.
