Pinescript need custom indicator / script

Hi, 

i need an indicator for trading view that takes 2 datetimes as input and will draw lines within that timerange:

it will draw a horizontal line from an inside bar high / low until it gets cross ed.

the inside bar must be engulfed by the previous candle and the high must be within the previous high wick (draw line from high) or the low must be within the previous low wick (draw line from low wick)

if none of the wicks is within the prev wick, no line will be drawn

it should work on multiple timeframes. so it can show me the lines from H2 chart on M5 chart for example. The drawn trendline will tell which timeframe it is from.

as user input it should give timeframes that i can check whether to draw or not.
