Adapting Script MQL 4 for Layering

Script should also be delivered for MT4 as wel for MT 5

The current script supports 

- Delete

- Buy 

- Sell

- Modify

It needs to have Layering

 - with a Takeprofit margin 

Additional info

Parameter Layering will be the parameter that will indicate how many times the lotsize changes per order and how much

Max Layering Lotsize will indicate what the highest Lotsize will be

so two new variables 

- Layering

- Max Layering Lotsize

Example XAUUSD with Profit margin

Price From 2600

Price up to 2603

Orders that should be generated automatically

The following test should provide positive results

- XAUUSD

- BTCUSD

- US30

- USTEC/US100

- DEAX40/GER30

The script should run without any problem on every symbol with the correct parameters
