MT5+MT4 EA that retrieves data to DB

Create an MT4+MT5 EA that retrieves the MT server time, product name, bid price , ask price , and daily volume every 0.1 seconds. If the bid price , ask price or daily volume changes, record it in the database.
SQLite DB is required.
MT4 and MT5 are required.
