Itchimoku cloud + HA pine script strategy translation to MQL5 EA 2

Hello, I would like to have a strategy translated from pine script into MQL5 to test it in MT5 for BTC/USD pair. 

The strategy is based on heikin ashi candles and itchimoku cloud so incorporation of calculating these parameters is necessary. It only makes calculation with the current and/or previous HA candle. 

The strategy is first confirming bullish or bearish trend by comparing closing price of the HA candle with lead line and conversion line with base line. It then gives buy or sell signal based on cross over or cross under of the HA closing price and conversion line along with the bullish/bearish trend. 

It should also set TP and SL values as a price deviation from entry price in USD. Trading volume, TP and SL values should be editable parameters in the script.  

It would be also nice to have the HA candles and BUY/SELL signals plotted in the chart. I required the strategy in form of an EA source code.
