Enforcer ( RRR calculator + dashboard for Enforcer)

Hi all,

this will be Part II of the project.

After Part I has been completed,

we will work on the RRR calculator.

The calculator will show Risk to Reward at Entry Price.

It will also show the  TP(+)pips and SL (-)pips as well. 

Once I shift the trade levels ( Entry Price if they are limit stop, SL or TP ),  the new RRR will be reflected as well.

 Qn: Can the risk percentage of this position on the account balance  be reflected as well?

 Qn: Can the RRR calculation be toggled off when the "show trade level" is toggled off as well?

Ideally, this function should be available inside the "Enforcer script"
