Building customizable custom indicator

I am seeking a skilled MQL5 developer to create a custom indicator for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) that integrates four standard indicators available in MT5 and one custom indicator, for which I will provide the source code. The project will involve implementing specific functionalities, including a time filter with automatic DST adjustment, indicator-specific triggers, manual input adjustments, additional confirmation signals, and compatibility across both PC and Mobile MT5 terminals.

Detailed Requirements:

1. Indicators to Integrate:

   • EMA 50: Trigger on price touch or cross.
   • Ichimoku: Utilize only Kumo clouds.
   • Williams % Range: Use predefined bands to generate buy/sell signals.
   • Fibonacci Retracements: Apply on the Daily chart with visibility on lower timeframes. Include a manual input section for custom levels.
   • Custom ATR in Numbers: Shows 5-day ATR. Utilize for additional movement confirmation.

2. Functionality:

   • Time Filter: Implement a pre-defined time filter for signal generation with automatic Daylight Saving Time (DST) adjustment to exclude off times.
   • Signal Triggers and Confirmation:
     • Generate initial signals based on the conditions of the individual indicators.
     • Require an additional confirmation for signals, e.g., a pop-up or notification when the first candles move by a specified number of points post-signal, adjustable per instrument.
   • Custom Indicator Settings:
     • Ensure settings for all indicators are adjustable via the MT5 inputs panel.
     • For the custom ATR indicator, integrate a functionality to ignore new signals if the ATR indicates less than a specified percentage of remaining movement (custom threshold).

3. Compatibility:

   • Ensure the custom indicator sends notification to
   •  both PC and Mobile MT5 terminals.

4. Testing and Adjustments:

   • The final product must be thoroughly tested to ensure it meets the specified requirements.
