I need the following:-
1) Zero Lag MACD but with LWMA calculations.
2) The MACD and SIGNAL lines must be in front of the histogram.
3) A option of two histograms! One histogram of the MACD LWMA as the other of the Zero Lag MACD (LWMA).
4) The Weighted Deviation Bands to be applied to the indicator.
5) A marker with price of the exact spot of the crossover of the MACD and SIGNAL lines.
This is a combination of some of the indicators.
