Conversion of an indicator from MT4 (mq4 file) to Pine Script (TradingView)

I'm looking for someone who can convert a mq4 file to Pine Script so that it will work on Tr**ngView. It's a simple indicator which has two moving averages. One is called a snake and the other is called T3-clean. I want to receive alerts when the two moving averages cross. I have attached the file called Snake-T3. I've also attached the original separate files.
