Explain what the Study is doing

I have a Custom ThinkOrSwim TD Ameritrade Study that uses several Indicators and Plots like STARC and other channels in RED and GREEN based on the Criteria.

I will need someone to Translate the study and tell me what the different Colors, Labels mean.

Under what conditions the Line turns RED or GREEN

Under what Conditions the Lables get displayed with Messages
