Generic Dashboard

Looking to get a generic dashboard made that i can use..

Things id like

1. Easy to add columns and rows
make it so if i add another pair-- it adds another row
make a var that i can put a number in and it will add that many columns. So if i put 3 in there-- there are 3 columns.

2. Each column has a place where i can put my rules into the for loop for that column (im not looking for mtf --rather just display data in the boxes
Make each column header editable

3. make the overall size editable (bigger boxes-- smaller-- ect)

4. anything else you might think would work well ..

You can see from the pic what im looking for. (red boxes that turn to green if rules are met.
