Alligator Alert Indicator

I need an indicator that will give an alert ( audio and push notification ) when the price closes above or below the red line of the alligator indicator , with VORTEX and MACD confirmation as well. 

the red line I believe is a Smoothed Moving Average of period 8 with shift 5

The alert must go off only if the following criteria are met

for Bearish signal alert:

• bearish candle closes below red line alligator 
• Alligator green line must be above the other lines ( blue and red in no particular order )
• Vortex (vortex code just in case) green line is equal or below red line
• MACD fast line is below Signal line

for Bullish signa alert:

• bullish candle closes above red line alligator 
• Alligator green line must be below the other lines ( blue and red in no particular order )
• Vortex green line is equal or above the Vortex red line
• MACD fast line is above Signal line

I'd like the indicator to have editable parameters for MACD and Vortex and Alligator.
I'd like the indicator to be able to be set on different time frames
I'd like a red or green arrow to be drawn on the signal candle based on the signal generated.
