Close the pending Limit order after pre-defined time

I need some MT5 script that would close the pending Limit order after pre-defined "variable" time in miliseconds...

lets say condition will be 'if price not hit and order not executed, close the pending order after 200 miliseconds'

technically possible? pls contact me for more details
