Draw line with two indicator

Hello, I would like an indicator that draws horizontal lines on the closing price of the candle.

The conditions for drawing the line are 2:

The stochastic crosses above or below X0-X0 and the macd is above X.

The lines are daily.

The indicator also has a push / popup alert
