New Indicator based on MAs and Bollinger Band

Looking for an indicator that can prompt an alert when certain requirements are met. I'm not a programmer and don't have the time to monitor charts all day and I am missing out on a lot of opportunities as well as stopping potential losses.

The indicator will use Moving Averages and Bollinger Bands to alert when there is a potential trade or time to close a trade. Not looking for anything that will automatically trade for me as I would like to verify the indicator before opening/closing trades.
It will need to be able to be used on any timeframe as some charts I like to trade Long positions using the Daily time frame, H1 and H4, and others intraday trading using M30 or M15. Haven't tried it on M15 or M1 yet but may consider it in the future so would prefer to be able to have it for this as well.
Alerts are only to generate on the timeframe that the current chart is using 

Indicators:

MA1 - period: 14,  Shift: -5, MA Method: Simple, Apply to: Close, Style: Yellow, Levels: 1 @ 30, 1 @ -30, Style: Slate Gray
MA2 - period: 2,  Shift: -5, MA Method: Simple, Apply to: Close, Style: Magneta, Levels: None
Bollinger Bands - period: 10,  Shift: 0, Deviations: 3, Apply to: Close, Style: Medium Sea Green, Levels: None  

1) Indicator to alert open trade when MA2 has crossed MA1 from underneath and closed higher. 
2) Indicator to alert open trade when MA2 has crossed MA1 from above and closed lower. 
3) Indicator to alert close trade when MA2 has crossed outer edge of Bollinger Band (either direction) and then re-entering back into Bollinger band.
4) Indicator to alert close trade when MA2 crosses MA1 from underneath but does not reach outer edge of Bollinger Band and then crosses Level 1@30 of MA1
5) Indicator to alert close trade when MA2 crosses MA1 from above but does not reach outer edge of Bollinger Band and then crosses Level 1@-30 of MA1
6) Indicator to alert open trade when MA2 re-crosses either Level 1@30 or 1@-30 if not crossed MA1 period 14 line. 
7) Indicator to alert close trade when MA2 crosses MA1 from either direction but does not cross Level 1@30 or 1@-30 of MA1 and then re-crosses MA1 period 14 line 

I have attached a screen shot of each of these open/close alerts to help understand what I am wanting. It seemed complicated to write it so did the best I could. I have numbered each of them. 

I will try to answer any other questions regarding the indicator. Full source code will be required for potential future modifications
