Add a simple WMA-EMA Indicator

My EA is working, but I would like to add one new Indicator:

If the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) of CLOSE is higher than the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) of OPEN, then the Indicator is positive. If all other Indicators are positive, a buy signal is given.

Vice versa, if the WMA of CLOSE is lower and all other Indicators are negative, there is a sell signal.
