Coding 2 Function for Measuring the Length in Terms of Numbers of Candles of N Swing given as Input

⁃ extern int Number of Swing to Check : the amount of different swing that I want to check, ie 7 means I will check the one where we are + the already concluded 6

- extern int maxCandlexSwing : this will be used to check if a swing respect the max number of candles inside

⁃ A Swing is a streak of candle in one direction

The Function Work as a Loop That Check:

- 1 extern int variable that determine how many swing I want to check

⁃ 1 extern int variable for Every Swing From 1 to [Number of Swing to Check] I need 25 of this: this variable will define the length of the swing 

so if I want to check that swing 1, the current, has only 1 candle, I will put 1 into that input var

and if I want the swing n2 lasting for 2 candles, I will put 2 as input and so on with all the other extern parameters

⁃ The return have to be 0 for long and 1 for short
