I need a Divergence Indicator based on Stochastic indicator

I need a Divergence Indicator that will be based on the Main Stochastics.

As follows:

Whenever we have a bar closed with the bar including a Higher or EQUAL high - highest price printed including the wicks - than a previous bar highest price printed, - can be 1 bar back or 20 bars back -  while the Main Stochastics number for the second Bar is Lower than the first Bar, we wait for the first Down-Red bar - it can be the same as the bar making up the divergence - a TOP Divergence is valid and a line showing the divergence should be drawn on the Price bar and on the Stochastics showing the Divergence, and a Down-Red arrow should be printed on top of that first reversal bar.

Ans of course visa versa for the UP bottom Divergence.

A divergence is only valid with the first head over the overbought level for a TOP Divergence, or the first leg below the oversold level for a BOTTOM Divergence, but for the second head or Leg it doesn't matter, as long it lower for a Top Divergence or Higher for a Bottom Divergence.

The divergence should also include a number of how far back the Indicator should look to compare for Divergence from 2 bars to ....

Upon attaching the Inidicator the Indicator should mark all past setups

I need an option to include an MA cross over filter, but only an option, with a yes or no if I want the filter to apply or not.

I need this to be done in 2 days.
