Manage my EA for different client

Hey, I have a website where a sell an EA. What I want : After that people buy my EA, they will have the possibility to sign up with their email and download my EA. On the page, they can put their MT4 Account number and the EA will work for this account. If they change the account number on the page, the EA will not work anymore for the last account. thanks.
