Help me modify the attached MACD indicator alert system.

On the pictures below you will see an explanation of what I want.

In short, the MACD sends an alert when the pattern is formed on the images.

Note that we will only use dials showing discrepancies. That is to say a bearish dial where the cost goes up and a bullish dial where the cost goes down.
Note also that the five dials must be successive.
