Screenshot & Trade Info Indicator

I'm wanting to get a indicator/script for MT4 which will take a screenshot of any open charts when a trade is opened and closed.

I'd also like if possible for arrows to be placed on the chart screenshot where the trade was opened and closed or modified (closing part positions).

Also I'd like to show trade info on the chart preferably in an indicator window at bottom of chart. Not sure whether this is possible (maybe would need to be a separate indicator)?

Would like to include:

Date (trade opened)
Date (trade closed)
Order Type: Buy/Sell
Symbol:
Price Opened:
SL:
Take Profit:
Closing Price:
Profit / Loss in Currency and Pips:

Please see attached for a sample of what I'd like.

I basically want to keep images of all trades with all the relevant info onscreen.
