When equity drops EA must log into broker website with provided Username and Password

When account equity drops to the predetermined level EA must:

1. Login to broker website (www.icmarkets.com) with Username and Password

2. Click some links inside account page

3. Deposit money on this demo account (broker allows do this from account page)

4. Logout
