Add parameter to News Filter

My custom indicator has already News Filter in placed.  The News Filter that my custom indicator had been designed to trade with the news result, which cause my indicator to hanged during multiple various impact news release. The project is to add 1 input parameter to the News Filter, which is "no trade before and after news".
