I need a simple indicator based on RSI Stoch and BB

I need an indicator for mt4 based on a RSI, Stochastic Oscillator and Bollinger Bands' confluence. 

I will attached requirements in comments section.

Arrow/signal can not repaint at all (when change time frame, when close mt4, etc.)
