Indicator/script

Hello, need an indicator/script that measures the number of moves of certain number of pips (determined by user) that took place within certain period of time ( determined by user as well). To make things easier I have attached a chart. So in this chart there are about 35 continuous 10 pips moves (maybe I missed few or over-count others). So this script input should be: 1) instrument 2) period of time 3) timeframe 4) length of move (in this case 10pips) and the output of this whole thing should be number of time that the determined move took place (in our case 35). Now in this example I used 10 pips multiple to start (104.60, 104.70, 104.80, etc) , I don’t know where you want to start, it shouldn’t be a big deal
