Create a Setup.exe to Install Expert to MT4

I have an expert file already, but I'm planning to make the use of it simpler by creating it as an exe file, so that when a user click the exe file, it then will look and search for the pre-installed mt4 and install the expert file into MQL4 folder by user choice.

I want the setup file to automatically recognize MT4 and then install the files to the required folder so that when MT4 is opened the files are in the navigator expert section.
