Round numbers monitor Dashboard - ONE version

I need to make an indicator for MT5 (dashboard - please see the picture) which would monitor 4 types of round numbers on all 28 major and minor pairs. User would define the monitored zone, e.g.+/- 8 pips and once a price of some particular pair would enter inside the zone around some round number, the box would turn green.

Monitored would be numbers ending 000 - big round number, 500 - halves and 250, 750 - quarters. 

The design of the dashboard is not that important, so if you would have some dashboard design already programmed, it's possible to use it.

There are 2 versions of the indicator, because I don't know if the first one would be possible to program. I would prefer only the first version where there would be only numbers in the green boxes, so if the version 1 would be possible to program, please send me a price for only the first version.
