Find the best settings for an EA

Hello, I would need a serious person to perform the backtest of my EA and do the optimization to have the best parameters.

- The backtest must be performed on H1 graphics with, if possible, 99.9% quality.

- There will be 16 pairs

- Spreads 15

- Minimum 12 months for test and send me all files related to the backtest such as htm and gif
