Add News filter to existing filter indicator

This job is for adding News Reader as a filter to my existing filter indicator.

2 indicators will be provided:

Filter indicator and IN10TION NewsReader

The task or design are the following:

1) No trades 5 minutes before any news release

2) At news release, indicator will be in pending alert mode, not until it receive the ACTUAL result color:

Check for Actual result color (green, red, or black)

If the ACTUAL result is RED, only SELL alerts are send within the hour

If the ACTUAL result is GREEN, only BUY alerts are send within the hour

If the ACTUAL result is BLACK, continue sending alert as usual

3) No trades on SPEAKING
