Popup alert on rectangle in mq4

Hello,

I am in need of the following-

- I draw a rectangle on my chart, whenever price enters it, there should be popup alert and/or an email, sms alert.

- i am able select the timeout level for the alert (for eg- an alert every 5 secs or an alert every 2 minutes, etc) 

- the rectangle should auto-extend toward right side of the chart .
