Convert a MT4 indicator to Pine programming language

Convert a MT4 indicator to Pine programming language for use in TradingView M15 charts.

Testing of the indicator will be done in TradingView and it has to be functional with all their charts across all time frames.

The indicator is a simple TMA Channel to be used on M15 chart.

The alert function is required.
