Simple MQL5 Indicator TO display the Average Yearly performance as Text on the chart

I need for the CFD Longterm (Long)-Trading a simple Indicator wich display the following in the Chart:

Here is the Sample-Data wich you need to calculate:

Historical Opening Price: Get the oldest opening-price and time for the oldest available Bar in the chart. Even if its currently not visible for the user.

Current Price:  Get the current price and time for the current bar

Overall Performance: Calculate from the first to the last bar the performance in percent.

History Period: Calculate the Years between the first and the last bar with one decimalpoint, as example 1,5 Years.

Average Performance: Divide the years by the performance percent

AVG Broker Fees: Grab the Symbolinformation about the Long-SWAP Fees wich are in percent and usally negative.

Net average performance: Subtract the annual brokerage fees from the Average annual performance

Iam trading at Admiral Markets and Activtrades CFD Shares and ETFs. The best ist to select as example the Microsoft Share CFD for developing.

You can fetch the Information about the Brokerfees here. In my cases I use only symbols with a percentage fee. And I need this information only for long. So you need to grab only the percentage fees for the long position. I am waiting clean code and formating.
