Scanner Based of Linear Regression Channel with dashboard

Hello developer 
I want Scanner based on Linear Regression Channel

1st condition - ts should give scan pairs before a certain % or point of touching the upper channel or lower channel (option to select % or points)

2nd condition - when the pairs break the  upper or lower channel 

There should be option to true and false on what basis we want to scan based on 1st or second condition 

and inputs of which is there in indicator to change paramater from scanner

as there are more than 100 symbols will be used to scan 
so there should be proper graphic to see on which the there is alerts based on condition

I can make my own groups of list of symbols which to be scanned
One click to open chart with Linear Regression Channel

There should be All kind of notification option to be send like sound, push , email, alets 

where there is alerts by our condition it should be recorded inside mt4 File folder 

Note- Developer should have experience for making dashboard type scanner
