Multi-Timeframe Hull Panel

I need an indicator panel created that shows multiple timeframe Hull MA status (W, D, H4, H1, M30, M15, M5, M1) of multiple currencies all at once.  

• The panel will allow for alerts (Screen, email, push) when all selected timeframes are the same Hull trend. 
• The panel will have checkboxes next to each timeframe, so that the indicator knows whether to include that timeframe in the alert calculation. 
• Within each timeframe on the panel, a "?" symbol will be inside that timeframe box to indicate that the trend for that timeframe is not final yet.  The ? goes away once the trend is confirmed (candle closed).
• The Hull period is adjustable.  
• The panel will allow you to quickly click "View Chart" and have the appropriate chart open.  
• The panel will have an "Allow Autotrading" feature where a pre-entered lot size, stop loss in ticks, and take profit in ticks will be entered when the selected timeframes all match.  
• The panel should be able to display 20+ currencies all at once.
• The panel should be able to be used in the strategy tester with one currency pair to test the auto trade function.

The ? Symbol means that timeframe isn't final yet.  The ! and speaker symbols would not be used.  The checkmark determines if that timeframe is used to generate an alert.  When all CHECKED timeframes are the same trend (Color), an alert is pushed, and if selected, a trade is placed in the trend direction.

The input parameters would look similar to this:

• Symbols | Currency pairs to include in the panel, separated by comma or space
• Hull Period  | Hull Moving Average period
• Alert Screen | true false, used when all selected timeframes on each currency align the same trend
• Alert Email | true false, same as above
• Alert Push | true false, same as above
• Auto Trade |true false, used to automatically place trade when all selected timeframes align in same trend. An additional checkmark (see above) near the currency pair is required to allow that particular currency pair to trade (can deselect for news, S&R levels, etc).
• Lot Size
• Stop Loss
• Take Profit
