Hello i'm looking for somebody to make a Currency Strength meter for me. It has to display the power of individual Currency at Div time frame.

and the strength is giving a value between 0 to 100 and the for it to be a strong currency it has to be between 60 to 100(green color). And between 40 to 60 it's Neutral (yellow color)

and from 1 to 40 it's a weak currency (Red color) And also it need to specified the overall strength of that currency at present time.

I all this have to be presented in a easy to read box. I have made a pic of hoe it have to look like.
