中国手机号码注册成为卖家，却收不到短信，请问有没有人遇到过类似的问题。
确定手机信号、设置没有问题，账号正常，tg rebot也试过，不知道它是如何工作的，就是自动回复机器人。
request ticket 也发送了，但回复说不处理类似的问题。
