I try to deposit money in MQL5 but it shows balance 30 USD (locked 30 USD) and I cannot use the money. Anyone know what happens?

If it is being used it normally gets locked, for instance if you subscribe to a signal its 30USD it will take 30USD from your bank and show as locked in the MQL5 until the owner of the subscription receives it
