Quantitative Solutions Developer for MetaTrader 5 (MQL5) | Financial Markets Enthusiast
I've been active in the financial markets since I was 17 (2017/2018). My introduction to investing and Forex came through the guidance of independent investor Henrique (THE O CARA) , a turning point that shaped my professional path. After a solid foundation of study, demo trading, and consistency on a live account, I moved into full-time dedication to the Algorithmic Trading ecosystem.
I deepened my knowledge in automated development and studies with Marcelo Carvalho's program (Robôs Investidores) and training with the Vilela One community. Today, I develop original Expert Advisors (EAs), combining MQL5's native library with proprietary algorithms and indicators. We've released a new version of the bot focused on capital protection.
What changed:
Stricter breakeven — the SL is moved to entry point earlier, locking in profit as soon as the trade reaches a minimum gain
More responsive Trailing Stop — shorter steps, reducing the chance of a winning trade turning negative
Recalibrated entry parameters (Bollinger Bands and ATR) for better alignment with current USDJPY behavior
The goal wasn't to trade more, but to better protect what's already been gained in each trade.

✅ Fixed stop-distance validation — a boundary-case bug was rejecting some valid entries. Now fixed.
✅ Improved entry precision on low timeframes (M1–M15) — band-touch tolerance now scales properly on these timeframes. H1, M30 and D1 behavior is unchanged, so your recommended setup stays exactly the same.

• Weekly drawdown: ≈ $10.27, from a peak of +$0.34 (after the first two winning trades) down to -$9.93 in accumulated result, driven mainly by 3 trades that were manually closed
• Net result: -$9.93
During the week we noticed the EA’s consecutive-trade limit was set as high as 15 trades in a row — a setting that could expose the account to even deeper drawdowns in volatile sessions. We’ve now reduced it to a maximum of 3 consecutive trades to keep risk under control going forward.
We also had to manually close 3 trades that were putting too much pressure on our margin, which accounted for most of this week’s drawdown and negative result. We closed the week with a balance of $89.30.
