For half a year, the trade was quite difficult. As a result, there was psychological pressure. Emotional mistakes were also inevitable during this period. After higher losses in July, the trading strategy was rethought and returned to the origins of the trading strategy.

In early April, I will admit, there was one day when I have slightly unmanaged the situation and deviated from my system. I suffered bigger losses that day. They stand out quite clearly from my overall trade statistics.
Later, the situation was brought under control, and I returned to strict adherence to the principles of my strategy.
Over the course of the month, I had almost covered the losses, but on the last day of April I had to experience a few minuses in a row again and end the month with a relatively significant minus, but the latter minuses were systemic (they did not deviate from the principles of the overall strategy).
On the other hand, if you noticed, the total statistics drawdown in April was not exceeded.
I will mention the interesting thing that some investors with a lot of experience use this “tactic” – before investing in specific trader strategies, they deliberately wait for the trader to suffer higher losses and psychological pressure. The investor then monitors how the trader behaves in an emergency and how much he allows himself to deviate from the principles of his strategy. This is one of the criteria in making a decision before investing in your chosen trading strategy.
One more thing. In each investment instrument, the growth of the curve is wavy. Experienced investors wait until the curve descends to a certain low, and only then start investing in the chosen instrument.
I noticed that in my trade as well. When the curve of trade statistics falls, some “investors” “run away” when frightened and incur losses, while others start investing in this strategy.
Of course, I’m not happy that for some time now, my statistics curve has been showing a horizontal shape, with a bit of such a downward slope. However, I will not rush to work out the minuses. Instead, I will adhere strictly to the principles of my strategy and move forward.

In February, it was practically necessary to use only the scalping system. While I don’t see myself as a supporter of scalping trading, sometimes the market itself adjusts it. The goal remains – trading intraday with higher Take-profit goals.
As I mentioned, I trade based solely on my analytics and how I see the market myself.
The market is always full of opportunities, but it is important to interpret it correctly. This is not an easy task, but it is possible.
I will make the following observation, that manual trading has a great advantage, because time is of great value in manual trading. In the flow of time it is constantly improving and constantly adapting to market changes.

Trading takes place and is analyzed in real-time, so sometimes some positions may be closed earlier, some may be reopened again, and so on. Synchronous market analysis is in progress. I regulate risk and Money Management by the number of positions.
In my trading, I usually use a 1:1 Stop-loss to Take-Profit ratio. Recently, however, as you have noticed, Take-Profit has fallen sharply in terms of Stop-loss. This is due to market conditions. However, if market conditions are favorable, the target remains a 1:1 ratio.
There have been no anomalies in trade statistics, and we continue to move steadily forward by continuing to trade with the determined guidelines.

At the beginning of December, we experienced quite a few minus positions. Due to the sudden trend rise of the EURUSD pair, the counter-trend trading did not work out (once in a while I am using such a trading strategy technique).
On the other hand, the last two months have distinguished plenty of misleading trading signals. As known, the market tends to change the characteristics of its movement, therefore it is necessary to adapt to the market’s changes as well as conditions all the time, and continue trading.
Minus position bands are inevitable, however, as I mentioned before, it is very important to control the risk. Because inevitably there will be plus bands as well. Therefore we will continue to trade according to the planned strategy.
I hope that the year 2021 will be more profitable than the year 2020 and I wish you the best outcome from your investments.
