COPY TRADER from MT4 to Open API

We are looking for a trade copier that will copy our trades from the MT4 terminal to the SAXO BANK OPEN API (http://www.computerworlduk.com/open-source/linux-at-25-containers-cloud-iot-present-new-opportunities-challenges-3645522/)

the trade copier should have the following functions:

• Adjust lot sizes, including risk-based adjustment based on the relative equity of the two accounts
• Adjust the s/l and t/p. If the t/p or s/l is executed in mt4 and not in the SaxoTraderGO due to spread differences the copier must close the trade (VERY IMPORTANT)
  
• Copies both manual and automated trading activity
• Send email alerts if there are problems/issues with the copy trading
  
• Automatically adjusts to market execution (where brokers require the s/l and t/p to be placed separately from a market order)
• Handles partial closes (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Handles pending orders (VERY IMPORTANT, should copy pending orders only when triggered in mt4)
