When do the arrows appear? (Before/after the candle) Does it repaint?

No, the arrows do not repaint. It waits for the candle to close and uses confirmed values. When a candle closes and at the new candle, if the conditions were met on the previous candle that just closed, an arrow will paint on that candle.

I BOUGHT YOUR INDICATOR.  LOOKS GOOD. CAN I GET ALERT ONE ONE CANDLE EARLIER INSTEAD OF ON CLOSE.
